In particular, we believe it is important for you to know how we treat information about you that we may receive from this web site or through any reward program, special offer, communication, advertising, and other related services. Information Collected
MSEI collects personal information about you when you register for our products and services, upload data, or purchase items from our online store. In order to register for our subscription services or purchase from our online store, we ask for information such as your name, address, zip code, and email address. We also ask for credit card and if applicable, other pertinent billing and shipping information. In order to set goals, stride, or there calculations we ask for your weight, age, and stride length. This is used to setup your personal goals for optimal performance in calculating distance traveled, calories burned, and if applicable, your heart rate information as a function of age.
At times, we may request information via surveys, polls, events or contests. Participation for these areas of the site is completely voluntary.
This web site and its services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children. If you are under 18, you may use GNPWalking.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Additional Information Collected Specific to Subscription Services
To sign-up for our subscription services, we also ask for information such as your age and gender and other basic demographic information. Once you register with GNPWalking.com and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. As a GNPWalking.com subscriber, we collect and store information provided by you and at your option, to help you manage your overall wellness at the web site as well as to maximize the accuracy and enjoyment – examples are your weight, stride length, daily steps, specific events, other fitness and diet information, completed daily tasks, and personal notes or thoughts.
GNPWalking.com also enables subscribers to establish private clubs and communities and/or establish walking partners and buddies (collectively referred to as “GNPWalking.com Groups”), and GNPWalking.com therefore stores both descriptive information about the group as well as a listing of its members.

We do not share, sell, or lease personal information about you, GNPWalking.com groups that you administer, or any GNPWalking.com groups that you participate in, to any third-parties for their marketing use. We will release information about you or if applicable, a GNPWalking.com group you administer, if you direct us to do so, if we are required by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances (for example, suspected illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of the GNPWalking.com Terms of Use).
We may share the personal information you provide with trusted partners we have hired to provide services for us. When you join a GNPWalking.com Group, you are electing to share your step data to that group for use in reporting and for comparison purposes. Participating in a GNPWalking.com group is done at your discretion and you can elect to cancel your participation in any group at any time. As an option, you can create your own GNPWalking.com club. If you elect to create and therefore to administer your own private club, your name and email will be available to those you have invited to be members of your club.
Other than step and demographic data, your individual fitness and wellness information is used to provide the services available to you as a subscriber to chart and record your activities. This information is not shared in any way, either individually or in aggregate.
Like most e-commerce sites, when you visit our site, we collect your IP address and collect information regarding your use of the GNPWalking.com web site. Your IP address and your site usage are not used to personally identify you. This information is instead used to administer the site and aggregated anonymously to help analyze trends, measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. This information allows us to improve the content and usability of our site.
Account Information & Marketing Preferences
