Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on Global Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of registration through termination.  However this agreement may be cancelled or terminated by either party to it within thirty (30) days written notice provided by US Mail.

Intellectual Property of Global Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com:

As part of this Agreement, the Facilitator/Social, Coaches and/or Members  acknowledges that the Program trademark, its contents, the training method, manuals books, DVDs, logo use, photographic, articles, materials used, and e-malls provided are the unique intellectual property of Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com, and that
it is through Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com’s efforts that the program has been able to achieve the success to date.  Trademark items include but are not limited to "Nordic Pole Walking USA training manual, training programs, training schedules, training workouts, and member groups, website content, website generated statistics.  Facilitator/Social, Coaches and/or Members  agrees that he or she shall not reveal, distribute or disseminate, use or otherwise copy for commercial benefit (that is, other than for general and personal use and described in this and other agreements) any of the above described intellectual property of services or any components of the Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com without first obtaining the express written authorization from Global Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com representative during the period of this Agreement, as well as for a three year period thereafter, that commences from the date of termination of this Agreement letter received by the Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com representative.  
Facilitator/Social, Coaches and/or Members recognizes that this website and programs has national and global application, and, as such agrees not to replicate any of its components in the listed city, in anyplace in the US during the three -year period commencing upon its termination.

Limitation of liability 
In no event shall Global Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the site or any services provided through the site, even if Global Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com Online was advised that such damages were likely or possible. You acknowledge and agree that, in no event, shall Global Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and representatives, harmless from any liability whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of this website or the Material, any liability for damage or injury to your or any other person or self, property or business, any claim based on any inclusion or omission in the Material or on this website. Using this website and the Material is done solely at your own risk.

Construction of This Agreement
The language of all parts of this Agreement shall in all cases be construed as a whole, according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any party. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflicts of law rules.  
Severability
If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Other Provision

Global Nordic Pole Walking/GNPWalking.com reserves the right to select a Facilitator/Social, Coaches and/or Members es, and the terms of payments shall not
Constitute an employment agreement. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms of this Agreement of the services provided by each part to it, it is agreed that venue and jurisdiction are properly located in Warner Robins, Ga.
